Campbell Marketing may make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or programs described in the Campbell Marketing web site, including the terms and conditions of your use of this site, without liability.  Additionally and unless otherwise precluded by law, you agree that these terms and conditions, and any dispute arising thereunder, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and that any legal action you may wish to bring against Campbell Marketing, its officers, directors, employees and agents pursuant to these terms and conditions, must be brought in York County Common Pleas Court.

If you are a person or business entity who is requesting advertising services from Campbell Marketing, this paragraph provides an important term of the agreement.  Once you have completed the Advertising Sign-up Form and submitted your payment, you have agreed to receive the services of Campbell Marketing, and your payment upon submission, becomes non-refundable.  Your decision to discontinue the advertising before the term of advertising ends will not result in any refund.  Campbell Marketing may alter, suspend, or discontinue this site at any time for any reason, without notice or cost.  The site may become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or other reasons.
